WHO CAN USE THE SITE

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (but always still at least 18 years of age), and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

USING THE SERVICES

In order to book and receive a service of any kind, this separate document must be read carefully and fully agreed to by you. This is usually dealt with at the point when you are booking a service - i.e. it is part of the steps described for booking a service and Justin Soul Warrior will ask whether you have read and agreed to this document when finalising your booking. Here are some general Terms about the services offered on the website, which you should be aware of and in agreement with before you get to the stage of actually booking a service.

You agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service details, as well as the Service Terms document, before making a commitment to buying a service: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract when you commit to buy a service and you complete the payment process.

If you have already paid for a particular service with Justin Soul Warrior, then the main service details and prices for that particular service or session will not change (apart from potential tweaks to the approach that may be made for service improvement purposes). However, certain details and prices of a service may change over time and if you return to access such a service you will be made aware of this at the relevant time point (e.g. a change in approach or prices when you come to book another service or session in the future).

In all other respects, we may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

Payments for each session must be made in advance at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If Justin Soul Warrior needs to cancel a session, you can either have a refund in that instance or allow the payment to be rolled over to a re-arranged date. If you need to cancel the session due to an unavoidable situation, the money cannot be refunded, but it can be rolled over to a re-arranged date.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

We take all reasonable precautions, including the use of industrial standard software, to ensure this website is secure for our users/visitors and it is protected against potential 'hackers'. As stated, it is hosted by a legitimate and secure hosting company - Wix.com - on a secure global content delivery network (CDN). However, given the nature of cyberspace, as with any other website, we cannot guarantee the security of the use of the site or your data, and you should always ensure you have antivirus software on your device, as you should when accessing any other website on the internet.
